Terms & Conditions

Our Conversation Club, which is open 6 days a week, includes 24 lessons per month. You can reserve and join only 1 classroom during the day. The duration of each lesson is 1 hour. In addition, fun games are planned to be held every Saturday. If a class is not held for any reason related to us, an additional day will be added to the account of those who have reserved that room.

You are asked to follow the rules below while in the conversion room:

  You must enter your first and last name in the Zoom program;
•     
  When one participant answers a question, the other participants should turn off the microphone;
•     
  It is recommended that you speak for a maximum of 2-3 minutes on 1 question, and this is regulated by our Moderators;
•     
  The place where you join the class should be as quiet and comfortable as possible;
•     
  No one should interfere with the thoughts and opinions of other participants around the question;
•     
  No one can use vulgar words in class;
•     
  During the lesson, no participant should record or take a video or photo of the lesson;
•     
  Your dress code should not be unethical when attending class;
•     
  Cameras are required to be kept open in class, and if there is a problem with the Internet, the camera can be turned off.
•     
  You will no longer be able to join classes on your Last Date and the lessons you have (not attended) in your account will be reset.

Data collection

We collect information when you register on the site, log in to your account and log out. The information includes your name, surname, e-mail, contact number. In addition, we automatically enter your computer, browser, iP and record the address of the page you are requesting.

Protection of personal data

We are the sole owner of the information collected on the site. Your personal information may not be transferred to other third parties. We use various security applications to ensure the security of personal information. We actively use SSL encryption in our services. Only those assigned to a specific task (such as technical support) can access personal information.

Servers and computers where confidential information is stored are kept in a secure environment.
